30 Days Return Policy

Conotrane wants to make sure that our collectors are satisfied with their purchase. As a result, our direct customers are covered within a 30-day Return period from the date of shipment.

Will we responsible for the return shipping fee?

  • No, we don’t responsible for the return shipping fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and when the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or method of payment, within a certain number of days.
